Supply System
A. Raw Materials
All purchased raw materials must meet the national industrial standards or equivalent international industrial standards, and the factory is responsible for ensuring that the materials used are suitable for operation and customer site conditions.
All materials and equipment must be:
● New and unused
● Recently manufactured
● First-rate quality
● Manufactured by a reputable manufacturer and guaranteed long-term spare parts support
● There is a history of Satisfying supply and service that can be reliably performed as expected and required

Mainly divided into two categories: domestic and imported
In order to ensure the normal use one year after the expiration of the warranty period, we firmly refuse to use counterfeit and branded accessories. All domestic accessories are well-known brands in China and abroad determined by statistics based on the data fed back by customers in the past 30 years, which can ensure the replacement and maintenance of accessories within 10 years. The imported parts we choose are famous joint venture manufacturers all over the world (it must have a joint venture with China), because this can not only facilitate our real-time inspection of parts performance, but also facilitate the maintenance of overseas customers in the later period.
C. Product Differences Generated By Different Grades
●The domestic crane is relatively cheap and cost-effective. It is more suitable for places with low working level, using environment and using frequency. The normal working grade is A3;
● The price of imported cranes is relatively high, which is suitable for places with high working level, poor working environment and high frequency of use. The general working grade is a5-a7;
● The domestic crane can ensure that in a long period of time, there is basically no need to worry about the replacement of accessories, while the imported crane will not be able to guarantee. The replacement of accessories needs to confirm with the manufacturer whether there is any goods (except for the Chinese joint venture brand), and the supply cycle is long, once the accessories are damaged, it will seriously affect the normal production;
D. What Grade Does Our Product Belong To?
The quality of products can't be completely different from the grade of products. No matter what configuration (domestic configuration or imported configuration) of cranes, they can only meet the needs of customers to solve handling problems and real-time after-sales service in the later period.
E. How To Test And Guarantee The Grade?
The grade of crane is the guarantee of quality and performance. Our factory mainly has three inspection procedures in the production process to ensure that the crane can be delivered to customers smoothly.
1) Incoming inspection of raw materials and accessories
The inspection of raw materials and accessories is an extremely important link. The selection of raw materials and supporting parts that meet the standards can ensure the quality of manufactured products, and can meet the requirements of customers' use environment and service life. The raw materials and supporting parts must be put into the warehouse for special inspection according to the relevant national standards of the regulations for inspection of raw materials and supporting parts. The materials and supporting parts that do not meet the quality standards shall be rejected and disposed in strict accordance with the control procedure for unqualified products. The qualified raw materials and supporting parts shall be warehoused according to the inspection procedures, placed in the designated area, warehouse and rack, and marked and recorded;
2) Inspection before assembly
● Product discharging control
The discharging of crane steel structure parts is the first process, and the quality of the final complete machine can be ensured only through the implementation of the inspection. Before discharging, the model, specification and quantity of the materials received shall be checked to be consistent according to the drawings, and the computer discharging drawing shall be checked to be consistent with the physical object. If any deviation is found, it can be put into production only after the cause is found out. During discharging, the operator shall continuously check and place according to the drawings The size of materials shall be checked and rechecked after completion, and the qualified parts shall be marked with drawing number, name, specification and quantity;
● Component manufacturing process inspection
The three inspection system is implemented for each process of product manufacturing process, i.e. self inspection, patrol inspection and special inspection: the next process is implemented to check the previous process when the component is transferred to the next process, and it is insisted that if the previous process is unqualified, it is not transferred to the next process, and each component must be confirmed whether it meets the standard through professional testing instruments. For the parts that fail to meet the requirements, rectification shall be carried out first, and after rectification, the parts shall be put into storage or transferred to the sequence after passing the special inspection and acceptance. If the quality standards cannot be met after rectification, the parts shall be disposed according to the control procedure for unqualified products and the production plan shall be rearranged;
3) Finished product performance inspection
That is to say, the inspection before shipment should be completed by the factory and the customer together (inform the customer of the inspection time half a month before shipment), or online by video according to the customer's requirements. Whether or not the customer requires or dispatches personnel to participate in the crane performance inspection, we will carry out strict technical parameters, safety performance and power on test and detection in accordance with the national crane acceptance code and crane standard (if the customer needs to participate, we will inform the customer half a month before the delivery of goods) or online through video according to the customer's requirements.
Note:
For cranes of the same type, we suggest that customers choose sampling inspection, because the preparation for inspection of large-scale equipment is relatively tedious. In order to save time for both parties, customers can arrange acceptance personnel to randomly select finished cranes in the factory or online, and we will test the performance according to the requirements.
