A. All raw materials, accessories and finished products shall be subject to special inspection according to regulations before warehousing, and shall be warehoused after passing the inspection. For the unqualified products, the inspector will fill in the <> and the <>sheet, indicate the reasons, stack them separately, take photos and obtain evidence, and contact the raw material manufacturer to return or exchange the products. It is strictly prohibited to put them into production;

B. The storage and safekeeping of raw materials shall be based on the property, characteristics and use planning of materials, and the warehouse shall be set up according to the conditions of the warehouse and stored in different areas: those with large throughput, large volume and weight shall be stacked on the ground, and those with small turnover shall be stored on shelves. Stacking principle: by half, it is necessary to see through the numbers, easy to check the numbers , arrange them in rows, keep them in order, and protect them from dust, moisture and embroidery;

C. The warehouse keeper shall check and count the warehouse once a month, timely update the identification of qualified products and inspection status, and update the purchase plan and inventory to the factory system;

D. All cameras in the warehouse shall confirm whether they work normally or not every day;

E. The finished products of different customers shall be stacked in their respective storage points according to the order of delivery time. The product identification shall be placed on the ground and the detailed packing time shall be indicated to facilitate the preparation of the delivery personnel before delivery;
