QC System

 

Good quality is based on prevention. Our factory adheres to the implementation of the , and carries out comprehensive quality management, encouraging all employees to consciously, voluntarily, spontaneously participate in and continuously improve the quality management process. We believe that only a good process can manage the production line, so as to ensure the overall quality of the results.

 

A. Total Quality Process

1) The factory promises to guarantee the production quality;

2) All take the customer as the center, decompose the customer demand to the production line;

3) The company's employees at all levels work together to plan the quality system;

4) The management of the company designs the production process according to the quality system;

5) Leaders of the company promote the implementation and continuous review and improvement of the process and pass the process to all suppliers to determine the qualification of suppliers;

6) The company will implement the institutionalized quality culture;

 

B. Quality Testing

1) Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

★ For new raw materials, our inspectors will check the quantity, appearance and warranty one by one, and spot check the performance of products of the same category, and keep the inspection results for future reference;

★ All raw materials shall be identified, qualified products and unqualified products shall be stored separately, and unqualified products shall be repaired or returned;

★ Calculate the model and quantity of qualified products and unqualified products (repair or return) and input them into ERP system for the company to check at any time;

★ If the unqualified products are beyond the scope, tracking and follow-up actions are required;

2) Process Control (IPQC)

★ Our factory has implemented the total quality management, so every operator is an inspector, they will be responsible for their contracted work to ensure the quality;

★ Before crane assembly, all production staff of the crane will inspect all processed parts. After inspection, professional quality inspectors will carry out professional inspection according to the inspection standards formulated by the company, and repair and count the unqualified parts (reserve repair time in advance). Qualified products can be assembled first to save assembly time;

★ The factory adheres to three principles: not accepting unqualified products, not producing unqualified products and not handing over unqualified products;

3) Finished Product Quality Inspection (FQC)

The inspection will be carried out by the factory quality inspector together with the customer one week before delivery (the salesman will inform the customer one week in advance);

4) Delivery Inspection Of Finished Products (OQC)

After the completion of the performance test, the products shall be packed according to the packing standard to confirm whether the products are consistent with the list of the outer packing, whether the packing is firm after the packing, and whether the necessary documents such as the instruction manual, certificate of conformity, drawings, etc. are placed in the wooden case;
