Packing System

 

A. The products can only be packed after passing the field inspection and being measured by the keeper;

 

B. When packing the products, the packers shall carry out different forms of packaging according to different parts' models, specifications, quantities, lengths and volumes (see the product box list and packing list for details); Packaging Method

1) Simple packaging (winding plastic film + foaming film) is adopted for steel structure parts;

2) Mechanical and electrical components, cable, motor, reducer, hoist, sliding contact wire and electric control box shall be packed in wooden case, and then wrapped with plastic film and foaming film outside the wooden case (except for the special requirements of the customer contract);

 

C. Pay attention to the surface protection of the product during the process of handling and lifting, and avoid collision with other articles, resulting in surface deformation and paint falling off;

 

D. In order to facilitate loading, unloading and shoveling during transportation, square pipes and steel strips are padded at the lower part of both ends of steel structure parts for packaging. For products with long size, two steel strips shall be placed at the position of 1m ± 20cm at both ends, and one or more steel strips shall be added in the middle to prevent product deformation;

 

E. After the steel structure is packaged, the two ends shall be pasted with plastic seal marks in Chinese and English, and the middle shall be pasted with plastic seal marks such as lifting center, lifting point, rainproof and moisture-proof, fragile, pressure resistant, stacking layers, etc;

 

F. After packing, the wooden case shall be pasted with plastic seal marks in Chinese and English on opposite sides, and with plastic seal marks such as lifting center, lifting point, rainproof and moisture-proof, fragile, pressure resistant, stacking layers, etc;

 

G. For the components in the wooden box, in consideration of different varieties, specifications and quantities, small plastic bags shall be uniformly packed according to varieties, specifications and quantities, and product marks shall be pasted on the outside of small packages. When packing, the large, heavy and pressure free components shall be placed on the lower part of the box, the lighter, fragile and non pressure parts shall be placed on the upper part of the box, and the foam film or cardboard isolation measures shall be adopted between the components Mechanical parts and electrical components are packed separately;

 

H. In case of container packing, all possible unstable factors shall be considered, the packing plan shall be planned in advance, and the space in the container shall not be wasted as much as possible. After packing, all the goods in the container shall be fixed for many times to prevent the goods from being damaged due to overturning during transportation;
