In order to ensure that the crane can be installed, debugged, accepted and put into normal use in the customer's factory, the crane shall be subject to power on test of the overall assembly before packing. Two weeks before shipment, we will contact the customer whether to arrange an engineer to come to the factory for inspection, or directly let our factory go through the online video test with the customer on site.
A. Operation
Test After connecting the power supply, carry out no-load test on the crane to prove the following points:
1) The normal operation of all controllers, switch contactors, relays and other control devices, especially the sensitive, safe and reliable operation of all limit switches under the most unfavorable conditions;
2) Correctness of all circuits, interlocking and operation sequence;
3) All safety protection devices are sensitive, safe and reliable;
4) All connecting parts shall be free of falling off and loosening, and the reducer and gearbox shall be free of oil leakage;
5) Each operation of the crane is satisfactory;
B. Load Test
After the no-load test is qualified, the load test will be carried out, and the visual inspection will be carried out for the crane, mainly to check whether the main beam and steel structure are deformed, whether the operation of each mechanism is normal, whether there is jamming and abnormal sound, whether the safety devices are sensitive, safe and reliable, and whether the technical parameters and performance meet the requirements of the contract and technical specifications.
1) 125% static load detection: place the hoisting mechanism in the center of the main beam without load, then lift the counterweight 100-200mm from the ground, and stop for 10min, mainly to check the rigidity and lower deflection of the main beam;
2) 110% dynamic load detection - during this test, the crane moves in large and small vehicles and lifts; it mainly checks the overload operation status of each mechanism, with the emphasis on checking whether the function of overload limiter is sensitive, safe and reliable;
3) Rated load test: during this test, the crane operates the crane and trolley, and lifts, mainly to check whether the operation of each mechanism is normal;
C. Deflection
Test In the deflection test, it shall be determined that the maximum deflection specified (1 / 750 of the span) shall not be exceeded. The test shall be carried out in the static safe working load and in the central position of the crane. The deflection test chamber can only be carried out after gradually applying the load.
D. Brake
Test All brakes shall be tested from the maximum speed to the rated load at standstill, three consecutive quick tests without overheating.
E. Speed
Test The crane shall test each operation with a hook carrying a safe working load to determine that the specified speed (by the factory) can be achieved
